Property cleanup helps reclaim neglected lots and acreage that need more than routine mowing. ATS serves residential, agricultural and commercial properties across eastern Indiana and western Ohio.
Property cleanup for heavy overgrowth
Long-term overgrowth can hide old fence lines, fallen limbs, uneven ground and other problems. Cleanup starts by improving access and visibility so the space can be maintained, improved or prepared for its next use.
A practical cleanup plan
We can talk through what you want the finished property to look like and focus the work where it has the most value. Not every acre needs the same level of clearing.
What the cleanup can include
The scope depends on what is present. ATS focuses on heavy vegetation, brush, limbs and access problems suited to land-management equipment. Household junk, hazardous waste, demolition debris and routine lawn service are different types of work and should be identified before scheduling.
Overgrown ground can conceal wire, dumping, old foundations or unstable surfaces. Tell us about anything known before a site visit and avoid entering an area that may be unsafe. For properties with invasive woody plants, clearing may be only the first step; Purdue Extension offers Indiana invasive species resources for identifying plants and considering ongoing management. The cleanup plan can then focus on the areas you intend to keep accessible.
Common cleanup questions
Do I need to clean the area before requesting an estimate?
No. Send photos showing the current condition, the property location and any known access concerns. That gives us a useful starting point.
Can only part of the property be reclaimed?
Yes. The work can focus on the sections that provide the most value, such as an access route, field edge, back lot or future improvement area.
For dense brush and saplings, see our brush clearing and forestry mulching services.
Define what “cleaned up” means before work starts
Property reclamation may mean opening access, removing heavy vegetation, exposing an old fence line or preparing selected acreage for routine maintenance. Photos and a marked work area help separate vegetation work from junk removal, demolition, hazardous materials or finish grading that may require a different plan.
